Selectmen approve conservation restrictions on Clark properties

TOLLAND — The Tolland Board of Selectmen unanimously approved conservation restrictions on properties owned by Susan L. Clark and Joseph and Kelly Clark, with Massachusetts Audubon Society holding the deed restrictions while private ownership remains intact. The restrictions prohibit building and development on the parcels.
In related business, Selectmen Steven DellaGiustina and Ed Deming reviewed VFIS insurance coverage for firefighters and police, approved an inter-municipal veteran services agreement, and unanimously appointed Diane Pother, Carol Edwards, and David Pickhardt as Election Ballot and Tally Clerks.
