Tolland Cultural Council plans fall community event with $700 music budget. The five-member council allocated $700 from the cultural account and donations for three musical performances at the September 19 town event: Acoustic Bandwidth ($300), Meanies ($200), and Ozone Pete ($200). Additional events include a children's program August 5 at the Parks and Recreation Center and an Oakland Stroke performance August 16 on the Town Green.
Treasurer Kristine Seney reports the council will carry forward $98 from donations and $29.14 in administrative fees into the next fiscal year.
