Tolland Conservation Commission denies extension request from Wildwood Property Owners Association. The vote was 2-0 against extending NOI 306-0093 for beach maintenance, with the Commission finding the original notice expired and requiring a new application with detailed work plans. Chair Les Cohn led the vote with members Valerie Bird and Les Cohn present; member Nichol Magni recused herself.
The Commission unanimously approved an extension for Amanda Cernitz to submit a final restoration plan by April 23 following unauthorized tree clearing on Otter Pond, with erosion controls already in place. Mark Grzymski's seawall reconstruction project on Otis Reservoir was continued after he withdrew the application to resolve Chapter 91 licensing matters with the state.
