TOLLAND — Conservation Commission unanimously approves riverfront house at Colebrook Road. The Commission granted approval under Notice of Intent 306-0101 for construction of a single family house with accessory structures, septic system, and well at 0 Colebrook Road within the Cranberry Pond Brook riverfront zone. Chair Les Cohn led members Nichol Magni and Valerie Bird in the determination.
In additional actions, the Commission issued unanimous negative determinations on two requests for determination of applicability: tree removal within the Otis Reservoir buffer zone and dock decking replacement. The Commission also unanimously approved a Certificate of Compliance for dock reconstruction at 174 Meadow Drive.
